Notre Dame?senior?cornerback Devin Butler?was arrested early Saturday morning on preliminary felony charges of battery to law enforcement and resisting law enforcement, the St. Joseph County booking desk confirmed.South Bend police said Butler was arrested at 1631 South Bend Ave., which is the address of the Linebacker Lounge, a popular bar right off Notre Dames campus.
