Jazz guitar player Steven Crowell started accordion classes at the age of nine. Even at that early age Steven was “creating” melodies and jazz chords in his head. He says that if his accordion teacher had shown him the lush chords he was “conjuring up” — instead of polkas and waltzes — he would in all probability be a jazz accordion player today! At the age of fifteen Steven discovered the guitar and inside of two months was playing in local bands! It was upon listening to and meeting jazz guitarists Eddie Duran and Barney Kessel that Steven’s interest in jazz guitar improvisation and chord melody guitar soloing was awoken. He commenced playing guitar and upright bass in the high school jazz stage band whilst tutoring with various local teachers. At age 19 Steven started classes with the legendary jazz guitar player Warren Nunes and actually shared a house with Warren for two years. In 1964 Steven attended Diablo Valley College whilst teaching jazz guitar music full time and raising a family. He studied advanced and 20th Century theory under Dr. Coleen Bicknell and the late Gordon R. Keddington, acquiring his California state educator credentials. He also released his first collection book of jazz guitar tabs and jazz guitar tablatures. In 1969 Steven left his teaching position to go on the road with a show group and for the following 10 years honed his abilities as a jazz guitarist by performing 5 and six nights a week. In 1979 Steven printed the first copy of his jazz guitar instructional training course which was primarily based upon his special playing and academic experiences. His program was met with critical acclaim (Guitar Player Magazine called Steven’s work “some of the best”) and a little later was expanded into a 4 year college level jazz guitar course.


More recently Steven has created The Jazz Science Guitar Institute and has published a sequence of revolutionary jazz guitar method books founded on his discovery of the 84 Jazz Guitar Equations – a system which facilitates soloing on the complete guitar fingerboard by mixing scales and arpeggios into one thought. Over the years Steven Crowell has played in night clubs, restaurants Toni Kroos Jersey , and jazz festivals. There are a great many online business people who are forgetting the potential that this particular forgotten market can be providing them. The forgotten market I am referring to is the off-line market and as for the potential, it could prove to be quite profitable for you.
